KLOW
KLOW is a research blend combining four peptides frequently studied together in tissue-repair and recovery models. KPV, a C-terminal tripeptide fragment (Lys-Pro-Val) of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, is investigated for anti-inflammatory activity and its proposed effects on mucosal and gut-barrier integrity. GHK-Cu, a copper-binding tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys), is studied for its roles in extracellular matrix remodeling, collagen synthesis, and modulation of growth factor expression. BPC-157, a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric protein, is examined for effects on angiogenesis and tissue repair, with proposed mechanisms involving the nitric oxide system and VEGFR2 signaling, while TB-500, a synthetic fragment of Thymosin β-4, is studied for actin regulation, cell migration, and wound-healing pathways. All four remain investigational compounds with no approved therapeutic indication.
